Who Are We?
The  Kempsey Macleay Shed is a place for both men and women to come and make friends, share experiences, problems and skills. It is a self funded, non profit organization for the use of the Kempsey Macleay Community. Your Shed is a fully equipped wordworking shop, equipped with industrial quality machine tools and a full range of power and hand tools. The Shed is also equipped for metal working, welding and spray painting. As part of The Shed's community input it hosts Kempsey 'Broadband for Seniors'and Melville High students.
Members also involve themselves in making, renovating and selling all sorts from garden furniture to bird boxes to raise Shed funds.
Apart from the regular Shed days members often form from groups of people with similar interests, such as the Gardening group which meets on a Monday.
So, if you have a pet project you've had on the back burner for a while, want to learn new skills in a totally friendly environment,  just fancy a game of cards or a chat with friends you may have not yet met, come down to your Shed.

If you can help us in any other way, we'd be glad to learn.
